1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase.

  • Refunds are only available for eligible services or products purchased directly through the Get Gymnast Fit website.

  • Services that have been fully provided or completed, such as personal training sessions or one-on-one coaching, are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products such as eBooks, downloadable fitness guides, or training plans are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once services have been accessed or used.

  • Promotional offers, discounted packages, or special one-time offers are not eligible for refunds.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscription services can be canceled at any time. However, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of the original purchase.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not provide a refund for past payments. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, you must contact us at TrainerMaxim@gmail.com with your order details and a reason for the refund request.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

  • Refund requests after the 14-day period will not be honoured.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

  • Get Gymnast Fit reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy and its Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website.

  • Refund requests submitted after policy changes will be subject to the most recent version of the Refund Policy.

6. Disputes

  • If any disputes arise regarding this Refund Policy, the resolution will be governed by the applicable laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.

  • In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us directly to resolve the issue before taking legal action.

  • Refunds are not available for services that have been fully provided or for any completed personal training sessions, online coaching, or downloadable content already delivered.

  • Special promotional offers, including discounted packages or one-time offers.

  • Any digital products, such as eBooks, downloadable fitness guides, or online training plans, once accessed or downloaded.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • We will review your request and notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations will only stop future payments, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made unless the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the original purchase.

  • After canceling, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Processing

  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund using your original payment method.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take several days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. If you do not receive the refund within 14 days of approval, please contact us at TrainerMaxim@gmail.com
